As part of our operations, we process personal data in connection with the recording of hotel services, hotel guests, room reservations, the recording of personal data in the hotel’s guest database, and the registration of foreign guests.

The List of personal data: first name, last name, title, date and place of birth, nationality, permanent residence in home country, email address, phone number, purpose of travel to the Slovak Republic, passport number, visa: type, number, validity, name and address of accommodation in the Slovak Republic, accompanying children, length of stay in Slovakia

The data subject may exercise their rights vis-à-vis the controller by submitting a written request or via electronic means. If the data subject requests that information be provided orally, such information may be provided provided that the data subject has verified their identity.
Devel Passage s.r.o. has implemented all appropriate personnel, organizational, and technical measures to ensure the maximum protection of your personal data, with the aim of minimizing the risk of its misuse. In accordance with our obligation under Article 34 of the Regulation, we hereby notify you, as data subjects, that if a situation arises in which we, as the controller, breach the protection of your personal data in a manner that is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we will notify you of this fact without undue delay.
The laws and related practices regarding the processing of your personal data are subject to change. If we decide to update this policy, we will post the changes on our website and notify you of these changes. In cases where there is a significant change to this policy, or if required by law, we will notify you in advance.
